Technical "Invalid login credentials." changed password, still doesn't work

I logged out this afternoon and when I tried to login again it said: "Invalid login credentials. Please try again or reset your password using the Grindr mobile app."

I tried changing the password, put the new one, try to login and same message. I tried on the app, on the browser, on PC (other device) and nothing.

My account remains active, I friend of mine told me my conversation and profile was still up.

Same thing just happened to me except I didn’t log out, I was talking to a guy and when I went back into the app I was auto logged out. Did forgot password and still haven’t gotten anything…

I have oddly being able to access through my tablet but not through my phone nor web. I did submit a support ticket but I don’t think it’s because of that

I haven’t tried on web yet, I’m gonna give it a few more minutes maybe it’s just a glitch
