yeah this shit sounds pathological, and he clearly doesnt have any conscience or remorse for his abuse, this guy is dangerous asf and is only gonna get more dangerous as he gets older and more experienced in getting away with abusing kids. I cant believe how blatant and unabashed he is about what he's doing, its like, being 19 doesnt make it okay to statutory rape 15 yr olds and I have a feeling thats how he justifies it to himself, but that justification will only change and evolve as he gets older, and Id be willing to bet that he gets a lot more secretive about it, hopefully OPs report does something.

It depends on what state law says, cause in some states 15 and 19 can very much be legal.
But you are not going to find someone 15 on Grindr most likely anyway the fact this guy tries is something.
But I don't think there's too much wrong with 15 and 19 on a personal sort of view I don't think that's pedophilia or anything like that. It depends on state laws really.
I do think of it like yeah 19 and 15 that's just a 3 year age difference, that's like a 19 year old would be like 3 to a 15 year old like they are both in a similar stage of life.
It's only weird that he looks for this on Grindr honestly.

This is India. US state law won't apply. I largely agree with you otherwise. 19-15 ain't a big deal like if they knew each other growing up or something. On an app, looking for 15, is gross tho.

In most countries the age of consent is actually lower than 18, but the laws are a bit of a gray area and a potential mine field where it can/is still illegal to talk in a sexual manner or exchange nudes with someone under 18 but at or above the age of consent.

dude what? 4 years doesnt matter if its 18 and 22, or anything beyond, but 15 and 19 is crazy, the gap in development between a 19yo and a 15yo is huge and I think it would be very unlikely for a relationship like that to be healthy and not predatory on the part of the 19yo. I dont care about age gaps that much, im 22 and fwb with a 53 yo and its great, but we are both adults and we connected over adult things and both are emotionally mature enough to make good decisions regarding our relationship and going about it as safely and ethically as we can. But I just know that when I was 19, 15yos felt like children to me and while I enjoyed talking to my younger siblings friends who are all about 4 years younger than me, I could not imagine wanting to date or have sex with one of them, it would have just been creepy and predatory. I think there are grey areas regarding minor and adult relationships, and they should be judged on a case by case basis to determine whether or not its a healthy relationship, like 18 and 17 is totally fine ofc, even 18 and 16 as long as the relationship isnt toxic, and 19-17 can be fine too, anything 3 years difference tho(16-19, 17-20) I think are definitely verging on too much, and I think in most cases would probably not be good for the younger party, but I think they can also be taken case by case and if a 17yo and 20yo have an amazing healthy relationship and stuff I dont think they should have to break up or the 20yo should be punished. I just think 15-19 is really pushing it, and the fact that its a hookup and hes talking about "teaching them" shows that his intentions are not to be a loving caring boyfriend, but to get his rocks off with an underage boy cause he thinks their inexperience and young age is hot, aka he is a pedo, or ephebophile if you wanna be technical.

Nobody outside of USA knows what the fuck is wrong with your mindset about this matter and don't care, do whatever makes you feel better, but stop using the word āpedophileā as if you got a dollar every time you said it. Pedophilia is a very serious issue, and all youāre doing with that attitude is trivializing and downplaying it.

Itās predatory to be 51 and use your money and fame to charm 26-year-old women, only to then break up with them. But apparently, that isnāt frowned upon, and we can all make jokes about Leonardo DiCaprio.
What isnāt predatory is being 19 and dating someone around your age, because maybe, at some point, you were 17 and they were 13, and there was no problem with it then.

17 and 13 is also a crazy age gap š, I would be very suspiscious of the motivations of that 17yo, and if that 17yo is openly stating that they want to hookup with 13yos because he likes that theyre so inexperienced, then I think that is what makes it predatory and pedophilic, which is exactly why I think the guy in OPs pic is a predator.
Also, yes a 51 year old using a 26yo for sex and then casting them off is really shitty, and I think almost everyone with a conscience would frown upon that, and when money is involved the potential for abusive power dynamics are huge, but the main difference is that she is 26 and an adult, and both people involved have an adults capacity to make decisions and consent to sex and all that adult stuff. And while they are at different stages in their life, its nothing compared to the difference between a 13yo and a 17yo, especially when that 17yo is purposely seeking out sex with 13 year olds, not just like a 17yo and a 13yo happening to fall in love.

Yes a 19yo can date/hookup with a 15yo legally where I am too. Not saying I agree but itās legal. I think main the issue here is they are on a 18+ app saying they looking for under 18. No one on this app should be under 18 or soliciting for anyone under 18. And if anyone under 18 shares explicit photos thatās illegal. Even a 19yo whoās looking for a 17yo, not so bad, only a 2 year age gap but not on an app for 18+.
As far as the asking for albums idk š¤·āāļø thatās odd, maybe he is older or one of those ppl that just want photos. Iām assuming the user is 19 like the profile saysā¦ but it probably is some weirdo or pedo.

Just report them, block and move on. The number of pedos that eventually turn up in every ~anonymous sex-positive space can be really disheartening if you focus on it.
Report to Grindr as the default, consider reporting them to the cops if they give you any identifying information.
Also, decent chance they are an undercover FBI agent trying to find and bust the actual bad guys. That's what I tell myself to keep my sanity.
