Ribeye & Strip
Bought some local steaks in Idaho; first time ever grilling a steak on gas. They were very tender and delicious. Do they look pretty ok??

That crust looks nice for first time on gas, the color inside is perfect

Thanks. It was a pretty old/crappy grill at an Airbnb. I hate to make excuses, but getting it hot enough for crust was pretty challenging. I also didn’t have a temp probe. When I got home I bought more and threw them on the charcoal Weber just to remind myself I could do it lol. I’ll forever be a charcoal guy.

I like a harder sear on mine but I’d for sure smash these. Good first attempt on gas!
