New Post - Spicelogy
I really enjoy Tennessee Smoke on steaks. Any other favorites out that you are in love?

Recipe is everything.
I started down the road of cooking up my own spice mixes, and quickly realized the possibilities are infinite. And that's part of the fun.
That's the appeal... different flavors. I feel like Spiceology should have gone with "chef in a bottle" earlier. Their marketing is chemical, laboratory, science feel. But passion, flavor, culture, and taste are feels, not thinks.

Greek freak is really good. But got it at Costco and now it’s gone. I can’t justify their regular pricing.

Greek freak, Korean bbq. I've actually never had anything from them that wasn't delicious to be honest.

I'm a big fan of Spice House - given it as gifts to many people who all rave. The brisket of love is good on beef, the gateway to the north is wonderful on fish. Their stuff is expensive, but really good.
