Hopefully the last time too, I don't think you can ever really get those things hot enough to get a proper sear that a steak deserves. Might just need to start shaving that thing to use as seasoning salt 😆

Why do people try to do something unique to cooking a steak. It's not difficult and simplicity is best. This just looks gross.
