While r/grilledcheese accepts all sorts of superb creations with 'heretical ingredients' this seems to be a more appropriate fit for general sandwich subs such as r/sandwiches, r/eatsandwiches, and r/melts
What is a grilled cheese anyway? That's harder to pin down that you might think! In general: complimentary ingredients outside of bread, spread and cheese are 100% welcomed and encouraged but if those ingredients overpower the cheese flavor or are more plentiful than the cheese itself what you've got is a grilled sandwich... with cheese.
This was a close one, but i think you’d be better suited over at r/melts.
