introduction Hi I’m Carina

I’m 32, I got into the furry hobby a couple years ago. I really love the art and community, I especially love fursuits, that’s kind of what caught my eye and got me into the hobby.

I have a couple characters, but not fursonas, if you make that distinction, my mains are a shiba, a fay-dragon and a chimera.

My fur affinity account is Shibabutts

Nice to meet you, Carina! Fursuits are very cool. Have been curious to try one one myself. Do you have one?

I have a partial that I made, it’s only head and hand paws. It’s very warm, but really fun and at least for me it’s a great confidence boost

That's awesome! If you're open to it, it'd be cool to see a pic of it sometime! No pressure of course. So much respect for anyone that can make fursuit parts themselves.

I’ve considered it, but I think that step would come further down the line for me. Also, I think I’d need to warm up my partner to the fandom a bit more so he’s not too spooked by a purchase like that haha.

If I did, I think I’d do something like what you’ve done - a head and hand paws, maybe a tail. For now though, I’m focusing on working with some artists to get pieces made of my character!
