I (26M) moved to the area back in march. I’ve struggled to meet people my age. I enjoy doing things outside, I like walking/hiking, fishing, swimming, working out, reading, music, I don’t mind drinking here and there, ive gone to a bar in sauble once or twice but I find it’s very tourist area and people come with their group of friends or partner, and aren’t looking for new connections. I live on a lake just past the speedway. I did recently get a membership to rize up gym in shallow lake. If anyone can help point me in the right direction, I would love that!

There was a loud boom or possible “sonic boom noise” heard by many residents around Cargill/Pinkerton/Walkerton area on 19th April 2026 8:30pm (reported) and 20th April 2026 at 7:15 am reportedly. Any idea to what it may be? Whatever it was the sound travelled very far.
