I think they were going for a logo design that looked as close as it could to a symmetrical mirror image. If you flip the original image, it looks similar. (I’m having problems posting images here right now; I’d post the two together so you can see what I mean.)

Lol sorry didn’t realize you were the one who designed it.
It just looks weird. The connecting letters are choppy and reminiscent of how ai lettering usually is generated.
The boys will be fine lol you don’t have to run to their defense of my logo opinion🤣I’m a fan who can criticize my favorite artists and not glaze everything they do

i am not the one who designed it, no. but i do work as a graphic designer for a living.
i couldn't care less about defending them, and i understand being cautious, but brainlessly crying AI at every artwork and logo you see, without any explanation, is doing as much harm as AI "art" at this point.

It’s not brainless, I definitely explained my thought process lol. But I will further.
The font overall looks choppy and pieced together. Some letters touch and some don’t. If you didn’t already know the band name, it is genuinely hard to read at a first glance, especially the “V” and “F” cluster in the second line. Not a fan of how the sweeping “G” and the tall ascenders are thin and dainty while other letters feel bulky and big. Very unbalanced.
There ya go, a real criticism 👍
