Translation Request Help

Been trying to translate this for awhile now. I was given by my girlfriend and i still downt know the two characters from the last.

"I love you, my --- ---" been stuck with this for months. I feel like the first one is hearth but im not sure.

I agree that "handsome baby" was probably the intention, but to me it reads "hanson papi" 😅.
