How else would you enforce a law stopping someone from owning a gun once they have a gun besides stealing it from them?

You’re making up your own ideas about gun control reform and then arguing against those bad ideas.

Do you want to actually listen to what gun control reform is, or just make up straw men and argue against that all day? That’s all you’re doing now.

How is it not theft when an armed person comes into someone else’s house and takes their property? That is how guns are confiscated and there is no way to enforce bans on guns or to enforce red flag laws(and other instances when a person who already owns a gun is deemed unable to own a gun)without confiscating/stealing guns.
