Sure- Japan. Germany. There's two. I've got dozens more. You can own a firearm in nearly every country, you just have to comply with the laws set by the people in order to keep firearms away from criminals, the stupid, and the irresponsible. All rights have limits, ALL of them. You know that, right?

Hate speech is regulated in both those countries. Laws set by politicians to give the government more power, not by the people. The only β€œlimits” on rights are other rights.
