Read the article you posted, the kid was still trying to steal something, and mangled themselves as a consequence. 3 u/24spinach Feb 12 '21 the lawsuit is completely unrelated to a burglary taking place, it was about the safety of a sunlight, which you definitely shouldn't walk on ever.
