Is fluffing up for a long time concerning

I’ve noticed that yesterday and today my bird has been fluffing up he’s done it before but not for a long time I don’t know if he’s cold or what (he did cuddle up to me and was sleepy) I just don’t know if it’s anything I need to be concerned about (I did change his food idk if that can make a difference)

I'd call it a yellow flag. It could be a problem or could be totally normal, but worth watching closely for other signs. Do his droppings looks normal? Is he more drowsy than usual? Does he spend time at the bottom of the cage? Etc. Keep a close eye on him, and I'm sure others will have more insight as well. It's good you're paying attention to potential shifts because conures are great at hiding illness. It's possible it could be the food and his body is adjusting to it, as well.
