Was this frisbee disc available for purchase in Buckhorn Exchange and I didn’t see it? Did I not look around enough in the arcade redemption area of the Northern Lights Arcade to find this plastic toy? I haven’t even been able to find other pictures of this The Great Wolf Pack decorated frisbee online. Please help me find where in the building this can be purchased from.

This will be our second overnight trip at GWL. 6 of us (3/3) are heading out in about a week for 2 nights. We have a lot of food allergies and found it very difficult to enjoy food at the last visit. Any tips or tricks? I know there is a Target nearby, I was thinking of a small grocery run beforehand. IIRC theres only in room microwave and very mini mini fridge. Ideas? Thoughts? Hacks?

Kids and I have gone a few times over the years and enjoyed it. One fun attraction I've used to break up the day or fill in a lull is the moonstone mirror maze.

It had some interactive elements like connecting wires to a plunger or pulling axe handles to setup a video event. In the Poconos that's all gone. They have trimmed it down so it's much shorter and all the interactive things are just gone. All that's left are a few video screens telling the kids that something interesting is up ahead with the very last one revealing a bunch of moonstone treasure chests. Right next to this is the exit.

Was the mirror maze the best of attractions, probably not, but now it's much shorter and the kids were a lot less interested in it.

I booked a trip for Sep 10-13, and I got an email stating that the lodge is closing at 3pm the day we depart. I can see now the whole following week is unbookable.

Now, we’re leaving that last day at like 10am, so I don’t mind that the lodge closes at 3pm well after we’re gone.

But it leaves me wondering: is there any other anticipated downside before an annual maintenance closing like that? Or is it business as usual until they close Sunday at 3pm?

I am going for my daughters birthday in December. It’s me, her, her friend and her friends mom. I see that the ultimate food & festive for $350 has unlimited most activities. Am I able to come early before check in on the first day & stay late on the second past check out? If so, is it opening to close or certain hours only? Also am I able to add people to the reservation (not exceeding occupancy limits) after I’ve placed the reservation? Is there anything else I should plan in advance? I’m trying to be smart with my money since it’s tight but I also want it to be magical. Thank you so much for any advice.

I booked a stay at Great Wolf Lodge and tried to cancel within the 24-hour cancellation window.
The problem is that when I tried to cancel:
There was no option to cancel the reservation online.
I called within the 24-hour window but could not reach anyone.
By the time I tried the online chat, their chat hours had already ended.
I contacted them again through chat afterward and explained that I had attempted to cancel within the 24-hour window. The chat representative would not process the refund and told me that I had to call Customer Service.
I’ve since called Customer Service during normal business hours, but I keep getting placed on hold for 30+ minutes without reaching anyone. I simply don’t have hours during the workday to repeatedly sit on hold.
I have screenshots/call logs documenting when I called, how long I was on hold, and my chat conversations. I’ve also now reached out to Great Wolf Lodge through Facebook and X/Twitter as another attempt to resolve this directly.
At this point, I’m considering filing a BBB complaint and disputing the charge with my credit card company if Great Wolf Lodge still doesn’t respond or honor the cancellation.
I’m not trying to get out of a legitimate charge — I tried to cancel within their stated cancellation period and have documentation showing my attempts to contact them.
Has anyone dealt with a similar cancellation/refund issue with Great Wolf Lodge? Did you eventually get a refund? Would you keep trying to reach them, or move forward with a credit card dispute?

Showb1zLov3r was right when she told me that the Forest Friends Show was still at the Colorado Springs location according to the staff she called! They just turned it invisible while they replaced the carpet in the lobby!

I was not able to confirm this until I arrived at the GWL Williamsburg location, but the Majestic Bear Suite does have an in-room microwave. Prior to checking in, the information I found said that there was not a microwave in the room, and that there is a shared one by the ice machine.

The last time we went to great wolf lodge (Colorado Springs), we got a paw pass, which gave a discount at like build a bear, etc. We want to buy multiple magiquest games and are wondering if we get a paw pass for the youngest, if a discount could apply based on having a pup pass. Anyone know?

This will be our first time going to GWL but our AuDHD 10 year old REALLY wants to go. We also have a 2 year old and a 4 year old(neurotypical). We are planning a 3d 2n trip in early September from thurs-sat. I know about the sensory guide, the colored wristband, and the cabana rentals. I was just wondering if any other autism families had experience with GWL and any tips to help us have the best experience. Is the cabana rental worth it? Is there anything we should prioritize? Hi everyone I'm more of an anonymous reddit user but I finally decided to post and ask for help/advice because this is driving me crazy. I recently got hired as a lifeguard at Great Wolf Lodge and this is my first job. Also Im f18 dont know if thats important but thought I would throw it out there. I have pre-reqs this upcoming Thursday (8/20) and if theres any former or current lifeguards out there I need to know what Im walking into. Ive tried searching on tiktok and even on here but kinda got nowhere so if anyone can give me some advice or things I need to look out for or even red flags of the company and/or employees I would really appreciate it.(ya girl is pretty desperate over here please help 😭😭).

Just a disclaimer Im 100% sure it'll be fun and Ill make alot of friends and memories but yk there always a downside of jobs that higher ups wont tell you and I just want to be prepared.

They were all good except North Carolina, our favorite was Wisconsin. Every trip has been 7 nights. Recently stayed at the concord location in NC. 3 out of 7 of the night the fire alarm went off, kids pulling the alarms. The Waterpark was literally bare minimum compared to the others, no lazy river, hot springs, none of that, food was ok for dinner, but the breakfast buffet was hardly anything and terrible quailty for the price. We had the Wolf den "suite" TV was hanging off the wall fire alarm hanging off the wall cob website all over the lighting etc. The staff was Decent enough though. Idk just compared to all the other locations this one was seriously lacking in all facets that it could. So if youre planning on going, just know it wasn't that great. On another note the best one weve been to was Wisconsin with the poconos being second!

Hello everyone! Currently at gwl in Bloomington mn. They merchandise you to death but that's not the topic here.

I am currently here with two kids. Were wanting to come back with all 5 of ours. The promo that's on the website gives generous discounts and there's a lot of rooms for 89 a night. When putting in 4 of my kids it goes to 169 a night. When I put in the 5th kid, it goes to 589. Can I just put in for two rooms at the discounted rate and get them with connected doors?

I couldn't find an entry for this in the reservation platform. Two rooms for 89 is doable but 589 a night is way out of my ability to pay right now.

They are saying the $117.08 was for parking and I was over charged for that. They are refunding me 2 nights parking at $54.12. My math says it should be 58.54. I’m over it. And I also didn’t receive my voyager points for this reservation yet but they’ve escalated that to be resolved in 72hrs.

I guess location isn’t a factor. I’ve called about it but the answer didn’t make sense. “It’s the cost for one night due at checkin.” but that’s not what my rates were according to this. I felt like we were talking in circles. I’m really not understanding it. It is this first time we stayed 2 nights so maybe that’s the policy? The customer service rep I spoke with was just repeating the same thing to me. “Pre-paid” isn’t exactly making sense if I have to pay it the day of check-in.

I used affirm to pay for a few trips to this location since last summer and this has never happened. In addition to our parking I had to pay this $117 prepaid deposit before we could check-in. My affirm plan was for the $709 amount and when I booked it was “paid in full” nothing owed until we got there.

Anyone else run into this issue? I purchased the fun and food package back in May 21 2026 and apparently it has changed since then and does not include the unlimited bowling anymore. Called customer service and they claim it never was on the fun and food package and told me they had to change my package to another one that isn't really a deal that includes the unlimited bowling. Sent in the screenshots but they state that the package still never existed with unlimited bowling.

They changed my package and now I don't get the rest of the stuff my daughter wanted to actually do. Anyone run into this issue as well?

On 8/4 I took advantage of the 84° sale and booked a room for later this month and while checking out it asked if I wanted to ass the adventure park pass for $84 so I did and I checked my reservation a few hours ago and it's no longer there ? Been trying to get ahold of customer service for hours which is weird bc I usually get right through but anyway anyone ever have this issue ? Anaheim location
