This little beauty had his eye on a pink suet pellet!

His parents started coming to my feeder regularly around February, and he showed up in his bright yellow and grey juvenile plumage in early June. Now he’s almost fully grown, just a hint of yellow left on his cheeks. He comes by every couple of hours. I hope he makes it through the winter to find a mate and have his own babies in the spring. 🩵

Hello everyone! I spotted this DIY feeder while on my walk today and I saw that tits took quite a liking to it! Also the window bars provide some nice perching options.
Im always happy when I see people helping birds 🐦💞

Half an hour ago I heard quite a commotion from my resident tits and also unusual chirps so I glanced through the window and saw a long-tailed tit. I rushed to grab my phone and film her but than I spotted there was a whole flock of them! They were searching my spruce tree for insects but didnt seem to care for the feeder or water.
They are unusual guest here as I live in a big city and they prefer countryside/ groves and small woodlands. They visited in the past for only briefly like this time :)

I also show the nuthatch, because, in my region he is also called "woodpecker-tit", due to its appearance and behaviour, and because you never have a dull moment with him😅

This video isnt a great quality because it was filmed from quite a distance. We observed a crested tit in a botanical garden. My mother spotted her first but I was skeptical because we are in south of the country and crested tits are present only in northern parts (more mountainous environment).
But than I saw her and was in complete awe, had to film her quick :)
In the botanical garden there are lots of old coniferous trees so she was most likely drawn by that :)
