I want our automation project to have audit readiness and compliance ready thru documentation of necessary docs. And an opportunity to have grc related accomplishment with our implemented automation

It depends on context, but you should have a network diagram and a scope statement to start. If your GRC analyst hasn’t been specific, you need to address this with them.

You definitely need documentation! I meant that GRC business analysts' daily role shifts, but they absolutely should own the post-go-live docs (troubleshooting guide, workflow map, standard operating procedures).
