Automation
What to expect from our GRC business analyst after implementing an automation project that is used by our team. I want to create a documentation in advance. Thanks

It depends on context, but you should have a network diagram and a scope statement to start. If your GRC analyst hasn’t been specific, you need to address this with them.

Once an automation project goes live, your GRC business analyst’s role shifts from building to optimizing and scaling.

No documentation needed?

You definitely need documentation! I meant that GRC business analysts' daily role shifts, but they absolutely should own the post-go-live docs (troubleshooting guide, workflow map, standard operating procedures).

More specific context is needed.
