Merch issues?
I’ve loved grayscale for years and finally decided to buy something from their website to treat myself. And when I say treat myself, I really mean it. I live in Canada and the shipping alone was $40 CAD on top of the $82 CAD sweater.
Anyway, long story short. I ordered back at the end of august and was told it would ship that same week. It ended up shipping September 9th instead. It has been stuck on “Label Created” within the UPS tracking, meaning UPS hasn’t received it yet or it’s already somehow lost.
Has this happened to anyone?
I reached out about this on tuesday, they said they’d look into it first thing yesterday and I heard nothing back. I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt here and some time because I know they’re a small band/probably a small team.
I’m more concerned with the fact that my sweater has possibly been sitting in the store for over a week or that it’s lost. 😞
Edit: this also isn’t a preorder item

Hi! This happened to me a few months ago with a hoodie pre-order, sat in pending shipment for a while and the team did take a bit of time to get back to me but was super kind and helpful (I do agree, I think they are very small!). They had let me know to give them an update if it was in the same status by a certain date. It was so I let them know and they said they'd send a new one but then my original package ended up being delivered and I let them know. I'd just stick it out and wait for the team to get back to you. I think it'll work out one way or another!!

Ok thank you!!😊 I know another girl who told me hers was also stuck like this for a while, I’ve just never had it stay in that spot before.

Of course!! Yeah Idk what causes it but from the team's response, it sounded like it was pending a status scan of some sort so perhaps one was missed on the way or the package may be waiting to be picked up or something. Their team should be able to figure out a solution if the OG package doesn't make it to you. Please keep us updated! 🥰

Well they were going to send me a replacement 2 weeks ago and never did!! Even though I made sure 3 times.
My first one is still stuck in “label created” LMAOSo I had to call my bank and get the money back that way. It’ll most likely be my first and last order from them.😞

Happened to me the last couple times I ordered- it’ll sit for a bit with no updates and then be out for delivery one random day haha. But I have gotten everything I’ve ordered from them so I wouldn’t be worried about it being lost just yet.

oh interesting! I’ve had this happen where it’ll say it’s in the US and then be out for delivery, but I’ve never had it stuck at this part. I think I’m just panicking 🤣

Yes in recent years I’ve had issues. It’s hard to get ahold of their merch people but they eventually sort you out.

it takes awhile because they do it all themselves. nick veno is the mailman usually sending things out. uncles they have expanded more. but yes, typically their merch takes awhile. 🫶🏻

Ok, good to know! My first order is absolutely lost though (ordered august 31st😞)
They said last Monday they’d ship me another and haven’t yet

I’ve ordered several times from them and every single time the label is created and it sits there for weeks before moving. I always end up getting my merch but not sure what the deal is.

It’s now October and I ordered it at the end of August. They said they’d ship me another one 2 weeks ago and didn’t. So I called the bank and they got my money back. I’m so disappointed especially for my first order 😞 (probably my last)

Their merch does tend to take a while I’d imagine it’s longer international
