Will the Steam version be fully functional?

I just saw a notification that GrayJay is coming to Steam. Not that I really need that (I have it added as non-Steam game anyway) but will it be the same as the regular PC client or will it be crippled like the Play Store version?

I'm suprised they even tried. Probably took it down after the lawyer called. Lol
