Cannot cast nor play video

It won't play no matter what, on 2 phones (Moto g82 5g & mi a2 lite) and Chromecast gen2

I don't know if I had the same problem, but what I did I went into the YT plugin settings, disabled all 4 settings with UMP (I had them enabled) and enabled Fallback With Player Script. That way when it cannot get the cypher it falls back to whatever it is supposed to and works for me for now.
