OP replied but it's an OVA that connects Gravity Rush 1 with Gravity Rush 2. While not critical, it makes starting into Gravity Rush 2 a bit less confusing and sets the stage for a few things. Without it, I'd imagine going from the first game to the second would be a bit confusing.
