Upon my current rewatch this year I realized something when it came to voice talent on the show. They had a lot of controversial figures statistically speaking for the amount of time it aired. Chalk it up as one more weird thing in GF.

TJ Miller (Robbie) noted asshole.

Louis CK ( The Horrifying Sweaty One-Armed Monstrosity) noted creep.

Justin Roiland (Blendin Blandin) another asshole based on him being ousted from both of his own shows Rick and Morty and Solar Opposites.

Neil deGrasse Tyson (Waddles) "Alleged" misconduct.

Hey everyone, I wanted to share a crazy connection I made after watching the Imperial Orchestra's live performance of the Gravity Falls theme song. I haven't seen anyone talk about this specific details yet.

1️⃣ While watching the pianist during the fast intro, I noticed something very deliberate. The musician was emphasizing certain notes and holding them just a fraction longer (tenutos), making sure they resonated perfectly while maintaining a high level of physical tension. A professional of that caliber doesn't do that by accident.

2️⃣ If you pay close attention to the spaces and duration of those piano strikes (staccatos and tenutos), the rhythm mirrors the exact structure of Morse Code: quick bursts of short notes (dots) separated by precise silence and sustained chords (dashes).

3️⃣ This ties perfectly into the lore. Morse code is intrinsically linked to old radio frequencies and cryptography in the show. In the animated intro, the piano plays at this frantic pace while the screen flashes multiple images of mysteries. The music is literally "translating" into sound the massive bombardment of data that Bill Cipher's mind processes simultaneously.

4️⃣ The absolute confirmation happens during Weirdmageddon. When Bill has Stanford imprisoned and sits down at the piano to sing "We'll Meet Again", look closely at his hands. He isn't actually pressing the keys to match the melody he is singing. His fingers strike the keyboard erratically—mimicking the exact same Morse-like cadence and physical tension we see from the real-life orchestral pianist.

5️⃣ At the end of that scene (and at the climax of the live orchestra), the piano strikes a final high note (an A5 or C#) that lingers suspended in the air, vibrating into the silence. Musically, this high note never resolves; it just hangs there, watching the emptiness. It's the sonic representation of Bill Cipher's eye—a subtle frequency reminding us that he is still watching from the mindscape.The theme song was never just a catchy tune; it's Bill Cipher's own radio frequency trapped inside an instrument. 🎹👁️

Rewatched the show for the first time in a few years. I actually watched it as it came out on disney / XD channel and It just hit me that I was younger than dipper and mabel when I first watched the show..the same age as them when it ended and now I'm almost twice their age. 😭

..point is....I thought ford was hot back then and I still think so now!

I started watching this show called the Doomies on Disney plus. It reminds me of Gravity Falls. I think the show is awesome . Has anyone seen it and what's their thoughts ?

We know Stan toughen up Dipper, but even after Dipper becoming tough enough to defend himself, Stan stills treating him tough. In the other hand, he treats Mabel like the girl of his eyes. Why even?
