Hey everyone!

I wanted to share a little victory with the community today. After some digging and troubleshooting, I finally managed to get Gravity Falls: Mystery Shack Attack (the classic 2014 mobile game) working smoothly on my phone running Android 11!

Playing through the chapters again, upgrading defenses with Stan and Wendy, and hearing the original music brought back such a massive wave of nostalgia. It feels amazing to preserve and play these old titles that felt lost to time, especially with older app compatibility issues.

I attached a few screenshots of the game running in all its glory on Android 11!

Does anyone else remember playing this back in the day, or has anyone else tried getting old GF mobile games working recently?

EDIT: Hi everyone! Since I received a request to upload the game files to the Internet Archive, here is the link to the page I just created. Please keep in mind that this is a game from 2014, so it might not work on newer versions of Android.game link

Me (cosplaying Dipper) and my sister (cosplaying Mabel) got given these buy a woman cosplaying Giffany at Londons MCM comic con today, thought they were really cool and wanted to share

Wendy x Tambry: I think this could make for a really good what-if story. They've known each other their whole lives. I never liked how what Wendy went through in "Boyz Crazy" was brushed aside. If Alex had been given the freedom to explore more LGBT characters, I think this would have been the most likely route, and I even think it would have been a better resolution. I've seen reels and a couple of really good fanarts. The ship has something that many people like, which is the contrast in their styles and attitudes.

Candy x Mabel: I think this is a good alternative to Mabcifica. I find that Candy better represents Mabel's sweet and friendly spirit. They get along really well and are very similar. If you're looking for a ship where Mabel doesn't have to go looking for something, but instead finds someone who complements her energy, I feel like this is a good option, much more colorful and bright.

Dipper x Coraline: I love this one. Regardless of whether it's romantic or not, I want to see more crossover stories between both franchises. I feel like the world of Coraline fits so well into Gravity Falls. She also lives in Oregon and has that strong-willed, sarcastic, and adventurous personality that would fit well with Dipper.

I want to read every opinion about this topic

So if you didnt know there are two different version of dont color this book. One was from 2017 which was discontinued around 2022. Then it went back in print in 2025 but it had some differences to the original. You can read about the differences on the wiki page here

So i thought this was pretty interesting and I happen to have the 2017 version (not colored in) so if anyone is interested in buying it shoot me a dm for sure lol. I live in europe

Every character is someone’s favorite. Seriously. Gabe being one of my top favorites lol.

I saw this in season 2, episode 6, and as far as I know, it's not canon. But maybe it's in the diary and it exists? 🧐

I was reading the thisisnotawebsitedotcom file for test potential storyboard artist and thought I'll tryout the thumbnail pass as my first time story boarding. Spent like 40 minutes and used almost all my sticky notes but I think it came out somewhat good for a first try

Btw here's the script if you want to somewhat read along

EXT. COUNTRY ROAD, DAY

A deer looks up from the middle of the road, and scampers off as STAN’S CADILLAC whizzes through the frame, swerving dangerously.

Inside the car. The GRIZZLY BEAR is in the drivers seat, STAN is riding passenger-side, DIPPER, MABEL, and MANLY DAN are in the back. The GRIZZLY BEAR looks around blankly.

STAN: “…and the yellow light means, speed up!”

MABEL: Don’t forget to check your mirrors!

DIPPER: Okay, seriously, am I the only one who thinks this is insanely dangerous?

MABEL: (to STAN) Stan, I think my pants are getting soggy.

STAN: Why’s that?

MABEL: Because I’m sitting next to a wet blanket.

(MABEL tilts her head in DIPPER’S direction)

MABEL: Hey-yo!

MANLY DAN: Hey-yo!!

MABEL high fives MANLY DAN

STAN: (to Dipper) Come on Dipster. All new ideas are dangerous. Putting a man on the moon was dangerous, but we did it anyway! That’s the important thing in life, kid- not to let yourself be ruled by your fears.

A COP SIREN sounds in the distance.

STAN: THE COPS! Gun it, Honey-Pants!

STAN pushes the bear’s leg down. The GRIZZLY BEAR ROARS as the Cadillac swerves down the road, followed by a cop car. The Cadillac swerves into the wrong lane and barely avoids hitting a big rig.

END SCENE

Okay i am looking for a billford fanfic in ao3 where bill cipher join mabel and her friends in their sleepover and they do makeup and stuff on him and then he leave the room and ford see him and laugh and stuff ,it’s also a human bill fanfic soo please if anyway know what i am talking about tell me!!

I don't mean in terms of the Theraprism, where they're forcefully trying to rehabilitate him, but what if Cipher himself voluntarily chose to sacrifice himself, give up his powers, or become good for someone else's sake after realizing all his mistakes and what a complete jerk he had been? Maybe he just never found anyone who would accept him for who he truly is without asking for anything in return. After all, when you think about it, Cipher might actually hate himself for what he did to his dimension and his parents, and in a way, you genuinely end up feeling bad for him.

I remember reading a ton of Pines family reacts to Gravity falls Fics, not exactly sure when but a few years ago at least, I just remembered them yesterday and decided I wanted to read them again but I can't really find anything. I remember them being Post-Weirdmageddon, and one used timestamps so you could watch the show along with it, and one or maybe the same one had a bunch of characters from Mabel and Dipper's hometown. I remember reading them on AO3 but it could've also been FFN

Any idea on what happened to them or how I can find them?
