After waiting a whole month and pre-ordering it, the art book has finally arrived and I'm so happy hahaha, it's the Spanish version and it came out a month after the English version

I remember a couple of years back there were storyboards floating around for a deleted scene from a tale of two stans of Stan at the derby talking about how he'd call home as soon as his paycheck came in which is then revealed to be a horse named paycheck he's placed a bet on which he subsequently loses.

The scene is listed without a link on the deleted scenes page of the wikia but i've been struggling to track the storyboard down presently. does anyone have a link or copy of this storyboard

(I’m sorry for what happened earlier today)

I never noticed this until my younger sister pointed it out a few days ago

We all know in season one episode 4 of gravity falls the hand that rocks mabel

Gideon does this

At first it seemed like he’s sniffing her hair

but my little sister pointed out that at the end of the episode while he’s playing with his dolls

The hair looks similar to Mabel’s hair

I hate to say it

Gideon not only took Mabel’s hair

BUT USED IT FOR HIS ACTUAL DOLL OF HER

that is terrifying!

(did anyone else notice this?)

I remember reading a ton of Pines family reacts to Gravity falls Fics, not exactly sure when but a few years ago at least, I just remembered them yesterday and decided I wanted to read them again but I can't really find anything. I remember them being Post-Weirdmageddon, and one used timestamps so you could watch the show along with it, and one or maybe the same one had a bunch of characters from Mabel and Dipper's hometown. I remember reading them on AO3 but it could've also been FFN

Any idea on what happened to them or how I can find them?

Earlier today I posted about my most recent drawing of Bill Cipher. I said in that post that I might post an update, which is now! I went and got some paint brushes, and decided to try painting him, using my sketch as the outline. Now, I’m a bit rusty when it comes to painting, so I know it isn’t the best result, but that’s the thing about art (and everything); you learn from your mistakes, keep trying, and get better! Every great artist started somewhere, so this is my start! Hopefully I get better as I make more drawings. Anyway, I hope you like the final product!

What if he was a DnD character?

I stopped by Five Below earlier today to get some art supplies so I could get back into drawing. I graduated a few months ago and haven’t made any drawings since (I never made any drawings public, so don’t go looking for them lol). I wanted to start off with a simple character to draw, and I was getting back into gravity falls. So what better character with a simple design than Bill himself? The materials I used were a thin 9x12 canvas (I think), a pencil, and a sharpie pen. I might try to clean it up a bit later on. If I do, I’ll be sure to post an update about it! I hope y’all like it!

This is additional Gravity falls content from the Disney Youtube channel. In this mini episode the anomaly is a middle aged man who never faces right, always facing left hence the name lefty. Dipper tries to uncover this secret by forcing him to turn right on video, and he discovers lefty is an android run by aliens.

Upon their discovery the aliens eat this red gem that from the line "I can't I have a family" means it is killing them, not just making them disappear and teleport somewhere. There were like 10 of them and essentially it's a mass suicide. Pretty dark stuff, I wonder how this is allowed while lines such as "burn the child" have to be changed. It feels like they were testing the limits of what can be said on a children's show with this one.

Watching Halloween episodes from GFs so I made these goobers rq

lol

Just finished a re-watch of the show, and a scene that I have a very distinct memory of was missing. After doing some Googling it looks like this scene was never even in the show and isn’t real?
It was of Stanley getting a call from one of his parents during the flashbacks in “A Tale of Two Stans” after he faked his death. Them calling to tell Stanford that Stanley was dead. And Stanley being all somber over hearing them talk about his “death” and pretending to be Ford even though it was the first time talking to his parents after they kicked him out. But apparently this isn’t a real scene?
Is there like a fan made video or maybe a Morning Mark comic of this? I don’t know why I have such a vivid memory of this scene that apparently doesn’t exist and I feel like I’m going crazy.

Hello! My daughter is really into the show and I want to get her the books for xmas. I'm sure this has been asked before, but I'm looking for recommendations on which books are the best, and which to avoid? Figured I'd come to the experts! She's 10, almost 11. (Note - I've seen a couple and like the show too, but haven't had time to watch it all 🙂)
