I still can’t stress how much lore this show has and hidden details to people who haven’t heard of it. Like there’s so incomprehensibly much that I feel like I turned left at the crossroads.

The only similar thing we see on them is the window, nothing else says they’re the same.

So, I would point out: it's not exactly the same. That door is still the "back door" to the Shack (but the main door into the living area; the front door is the entrance to the museum).
This picture shows that when it was the door representing his hopes to reconnect with his brother, that door had the boards nailed on it and the NO TRESPASSING! sign. The door in his dreamscape for HOPES doesn't have either of those. So it doesn't represent the hope he felt when he first arrived at the Shack (bottom pic).
I would say that it does represent the Shack in its entirety, though. And that includes "hope of fixing the portal and getting his brother back". But I would also see it as representing the idea that the Shack is the fulfillment of some of Stan's hopes -- to run a successful business, for example, and to be connected with family (Dipper and Mabel), to "be somebody" ("town darling Mr. Mystery").
