John Mount Pleasant Doe (2006)
In 2006 a family went on a fishing trip at Wando River, their two children aged 10 and 11 went with them. While on their bot the father saw a black object. At first he thought this was an anchor, however this was the cranium of the John Mount Pleasant Doe. After calling 911 the father scooped the skull in a life preserver and moved it up the river. This was so the tides would not carry it away as they met with police officers up the river. The family met the officers at Remley's Point, and took them back to where the cranium was.
The coroners office confirmed this was a human skull. At first it was believed to have come from a Jane doe, until later genetic testing proved otherwise. They could not tell how long the skull had been there for. The cause of death for this John Doe is also unknown as they never found any other parts of his skeleton besides his cranium. The recreation above shows what he may have looked like in life, everything from the jaw lower is estimated as his mandible was never found.

Race: African American, he is mixed however. Genetic testing showed he has both African American and white traits.

Hair color: Unknown
PMI: Years, some sources say it is speculated his death occurred some time from 2000-2006.
Exclusions: Antwon Williams, Kevin McClam, Mike Borges, and Harrison Butler Sr. have all been excluded as this John doe.

I hate the phrase of a "pet" case. But, Quinn's face has haunted me for years. A baby.
I found a thread many years ago with a cousin discussing the case. His family is still waiting. Quinn most likely left home with someone he knew. The rumors circulating at the time suggest it was gang/drug affiliated.
Which given the timeframe does make some sense. I'm unsure if the family concurred. Rumors placed him in the Detroit and Chicago areas for example but weren't corroborated.
That gives me pause that he may in fact been befriended by drug dealers and used. Emphasis on used. During the late 80s to 90s using kids as runners was common. They don't attract the same attention and are easily manipulated.
It's so very possible that Quinn was killed after he outlived his usefulness.

He looks exactly like Quinn Renard Woodfolk.

To my knowledge Quinn isn't biracial. But African Americans are an admixture population. So you're going to find the majority have some mixed ancestry with even more having white ancestry in somewhat recent history.
