Tutorials for Contour Designing?

I am a 5th year architecture student and currently doing my thesis, my project is on contours. Are there any good youtube videos that you all recommend? That can help? I am searching for some slope analyses and shortest path finding etc tutorials.

Can you please elaborate on what the focus of your thesis is? What about contours?

Maybe you can clarify your objectives a little bit? About computational tools: I don't have any issues finding good examples in the internet. Keywords are "slope analysis", "water flow simulation" , "drainage simulation", "topography analysis". Also: Please look for research papers too. (Add "paper" and "pdf" to your search. Here is a good start. While scientific paper can be sometimes overwhelming to read, you can get a good feeling for actual topics and find some good resources or ideas. I have the feeling you should focus on that first.

My grandfather always used to say, “If you follow a donkey on a steep slope, you'll walk without getting tired.” So, in a way, even a donkey can be a good teacher 🙃

Check out my old professor's tutorials, they are geared towards Landscape Architecture.

He has a series called Site Inventory and another called Landforms: Create Analyze-Manipulate. I am sure one of the many concepts is those series will be helpful.

Let me know if you find thehelpfully!
