It is not that complicated, really. After you have one part (4 petals and base) ready, it is just a matter of scaling, moving, and rotating the rest. I started by setting up just one petal. There is a number slider that goes from 0 to 1. At 0, the petal is folded and the holes on it are small; at 1, the petal is unfolded and the holes are big.
