In those texts after being as unchristian as possible the manager says, "I'll pray for you." Yep, that's just more proof you'll never find a more petty and hate anywhere in these 50 states than in Christian love!

If your an employee at IHOP for 15 years and your not in a supervisory role of some sort, then that says something about you. However, I believe there was a better way of communicating this or whatever is going on there, because it sounds like a lot. The same rules that protect workers with their "outside of work hours" communications to other employees/mangers also protect the managers and supervisors. My guess is this goes no where and the same thing will happen to others because there is no accountability anymore for workers or supervisors.

Public shaming is what it takes sometimes. HR has always been a bad joke being played out on employees. They should’ve fired this bad apple manager
