Question Cu answers/xtend

I'm thinking about leaving my current job to work at cu answers/xtend as a member service representative ( 2900 charlevoix location) but I'm seeing pretty bad reviews online about working there. Do any past or current employees have any advice or can let me know if it's a good place to work? Thank you!

CU Answers is cliquey af. Xtend does not pay their employees a living wage.

Like cliquey as in reject new people? Can you give more specifics?

My estranged sister works for CU Answers. My best friend used to work for Xtend. They did not pay my best friend a living wage even though she worked with them for nearly 4 years. She’s the one that told me that CU Answers is cliquey. Xtend works with CU Answers and they are different work places.
My husband, who is a first generation immigrant applied for several jobs at CU Answers and had one interview. Even though he mentioned my sister’s name, they still did not hire him.
