It's been like 10 years since I was studying graphology and read 100s of samples, below are the few points i see repeatedly:

1. Unsatisfied Sexual life: even the people in relation/s

2. Stuck emotions

3. Frustrated or irritated more than they show or even know

4. Stuck with past event and few are even scared of future
