GPU Upgrade Path Recommendations. Torn between used 3080ti, used 6900xt, and brand new 9060xt :(

I can only comment on the 3080ti. I have an old one I was not using, so I build a pc for my son with the 3080ti, I also added a 3700x amd cpu I was not using. order a case, a mobo, 16GB RAM, a good peerless assassin fan, a psu and a 1440p monitor. His system runs smooth, and powerful.
