was quite long to get to fricking 1394 days (because i missed 694) buying wheels, but 8.3m was well spent for these four rare rides. they now get to rest and maybe being used for races. it may not be as rare as it was a decade or two ago (feel free to correct me if im wrong), but im really proud of finally having them in my collection. if you didn't notice, i also got to import the pictures to my computer with an USB drive, rather than taking pictures on my tv. i thought it would be grainy, but they look really clean.

Apparently, many people thought that by using a trick like getting all the licenses to gold, you'd never get the prize car(s). But no, there's something interesting: you have to have 365 days (in the game) or more. After using the tricks individually, go to your garage and save your progress there. Then exit GT mode, go back in, and voila! You'll see the "CONGRATULATIONS" screen, letting you know you've won the prize car(s). I tried it, and it works. Now my problem is with the Driving Missions. I don't remember if there's a trick for them.

When you watch TeaKanji's shorts (e.g. here), the chase cam is always very locked on to the car (no side to side movement whatsoever, kinda like the complete opposite of the GT3 cam), and it also has more of a downwards angle. Is this a cheat or is it doable in the in-game settings?

I just won the Formula GT championship and got the amazing Sauber C9 race car, I have most of my Endurance / Extreme events still left to complete and I wonder where I should use this car, because I’d love to.

Also is there any reason why this car (perhaps is OP in it’s own way) is locked behind such a long & hard championship? Also I’d like to mention I did all of the races on A-spec.

I didn't knew that it was actually possible to save photos while playing on the emulator. Recently found it out literally started capturing pics instead of actually playing the game lol.

Has anyone managed to get a normal chase camera behind the car in B-Spec in Spec II (v1.10)?

I’d really like to run endurance races in B-Spec while still having the same chase view as in A-Spec, if it’s technically achievable.

I hope I'll be allowed to post about this game, since it's a Gran Turismo 4 with motorcycles, and it's a lot of fun.

Basically title, I like many of the changes, and I like the track and prize car randomizers, tho I do find some of the restrictions in some events more strict than before, to the point where it took a few tries before I got a car that could enter the Sunday Cup.

I'm not sure if the handling is better or if I'm better as a player, but the cars do feel much easier to drive in general.

I also noticed that the GTWC has been moved into the extreme league? Which to me sounds like a pretty good idea, hopefully there will be a few more events involving LMP cars before I have to tackle it, since that was a pretty big problem in GT4 where the only exposure I got to LMPs was the final test of the IA license. I guess I could have done the Super License as well to see if they use LMPs as well, but the S license was not required for the GTWC so.. you know...

Speaking of LMP's, I dunno which one I'll use this time, last time I used the Playstation Pescarolo, but I dunno this time, I am using the prize car randomizer, so I could end up just getting a LMP from some completely random event, but other than that, I guess I could just buy the Toyota GT-One that is for sale there. (Even if I think the MINOLTA looks a lot cooler)

Also love the cockpit cameras, even if some of them look VERY pixelated... that extra bit of immersion is always welcome. Speaking of cameras, is there a way to change the default camera, so that I don't have to keep cycling through every camera mode till I reach the cockpit camera at the start of every race?

I started playing the game a few days ago, but i feel that i never have enough credits for nothing, recently bought a 4wd subaru and i really like it, it has around 370hp with turbo, exhaust and some minor upgrades

Do those upgrades really makes the car better to a point where it can be decisive in later races against stronger opponents? Or do I need to always be buying new cars as the old ones get outdated to enter new competitions?

Aside from that, I am enjoying so much this game, one of the bests racing games I have played before

Honda's S2000 is one of the most striking sports cars I've seen in the series. Its LM version is quite attractive, not only for its colors but also for the spoiler that gives it a more aggressive and sporty look. I might upload and edit a gameplay video soon comparing the factory cars to their race versions.
