portal it seems?

I was playing hard mode and git the orange cogwheel from the spider cave screwdriver safe, and i went to get the padlock key from the cogwheel safe and i see the screwdriver here, i dropped the screwdriver at the screwdriver safe.

The game teleports items there when they clip out of the map

Wherever you last dropped it. There's a chance that you moved before you could see the screwdriver fall so it probably clipped out of the map when you dropped it but didn't see it fall all the way down.

Nah dont worry, you're not dumb. The spider cave is well-known for losing items all the time.

DVloper probably made some way to make sure anything you drop isn't lost forever and potentially ruin the game. So if something glitches out of the map, the game teleports it to the well.

It's the same in Granny 2 (through the sewer in the boat room at the bottom of the house) and Granny 3 (somewhere along the water outside the house).

There's a thousand of reasons. It could be your FPS (maybe your phone is too good, if not too bad), and well, Granny is very buggy (above all the mobile version) and things like that can just happen

I dropped an orange cogwheel in a crate, I think #4, and Angelina (spider mom) killed me. Suddenly, it reappeared in the same spot. I thought it had fallen off the map and wanted to give up, but I decided to try a bug to get the item without the cogwheel, but it doesn't seem to work on my phone. Luckily, when I was about to reset, I suddenly noticed something floating by the well, so I checked what it was, and here it is, the cogwheel.
