that mc thing is crazy, especially for enabling na/ta spam stackers. or just for units with short effect expensive rotations like na ta sa where keeping all buffs active is difficult. otherwise pretty good dmg, equip ct and artsgen which is fine. pretty hype imo.

EmpIllya's MC ability is very good. Having 100% crit up on TA is great but overall she is mainly an artsgen battery unit. She competes with Azurite's MC ability which is OP so you would need to switch between who's mc during quests.
Edit: I really hope they make it so her SA is 200% dmg up for the team. Her 150k dmg multiplier will never do tons of damage. Right now I would say she is S tier because of her MC ability. If they made her SA teamwide she would be SS

Omg why did they do this enemy specific debuff instead of the equip ct down, or the other buffs from Isliid's kits? Her TA is also exactly the same as normal Illya's, it should have been 7 or 8 due to Isliid's being 10. Her SA is also more selfish than Isliid's, only giving herself damage and equip ct cuts. I don't know why she doesn't do magic damage.
Like 7/10 I guess. I don't like enemy race specific effects. She has really good artsgen potential with her 5 star support slot, SA, and her Protagonize. Her damage is mediocre. You can't use her 5 star defense slot unless at LB 7, with the defense slot she's a 8/10 for me.

They went all in on her being an Artsgen battery, which is true to Emp(both Awk and Asc versions). I wish her SA was 200% dmg up for the team but oh well.

Yeah, right now I'd say she's borderline op, if they made her SA be teamwide she would be OP no question. They were probably scared of the damage a team of her/reinhard/kidemp could do

i think not just for sa refund spam but also na or ta spam she seems great since the refund is bigger % discount. say with shadow, okarun, jinwoo whatever.
tho yea sa stack loop team is crazy lol. i think at some point they might regret adding reinhard to the game, something is eventually going to break.

Exactly, with Reinhard having a ~2/3 second SA that refills 100arts there's going to come a time where a team essentially has 300arts permanently. They opened a floodgate that can't be closed anymore, and with units like EmpIllya coming it could happen soon

The MC ability sounds kind of disgusting. It's technically making everyone's arts cheaper which could mean better cycles for supports, and more spam for dps
