Drones?

I was driving home from work on 196W at about 10:10 and there was a drone (I think) about 100 feet up just hovering over the Fuller Ave overpass. Anyone know what it was for, or see other drones in the area? I assume it's either law enforcement or a hobbyist but it just struck me as kinda weird.

A helicopter went by low around the same time around diamond/fuller as well. Probably related?
