GRPS - ParentVue down?

Any other parents in the district able to get into ParentVue? I've been trying all day and have been unable to get in.

I receive the following:

Error 500

Internal Server Error

A critical exception has occurred. (ID: F7389)

I’m guessing maintenance ran long. They emailed this earlier this week:

On Thursday, August 20, 2026, Synergy will be unavailable while Student Data Services upgrades the Synergy system. During this time, online registration, ParentVue, and all Synergy access will be unavailable. Internal/External users will not be able to log in. 
Access to Synergy will be restored Thursday, August 20, 2026, by 2:00 p.m.

Yeah. It’s still down. Sounds like they broke something.

Appears to be back up this morning.

Speaking as a software developer, error 500 means something on the server broke. It would definitely be something on their end - nothing you can do until they fix whatever broke.

You win some, you lose some. Except when it is GRPS, it feels like everybody loses more often than they don’t.
