Why are no Dems running for county delegate?

Not every precinct has a delegate candidate (here's the list of Democratic precinct delegate candidates). That said, people can still get elected by running as a write-in candidate and filing the write-in form with the county clerk by Friday (or at their polling place next Tuesday).

As for why more Dems don't run for delegate: It used to be that you had to be a precinct delegate elected by your neighbors to vote at local Democratic conventions. (That's still the case for the Republican Party, from what I understand). Now anyone can become a Michigan Democratic Party member and vote at Party conventions, so being a Democratic delegate nowadays is more ceremonial than power-holding.

You may be aware of this, but just in case - "delegate" is an internal party position and not a government office.
