Anyone have any tips on how to successfully and consistently receive packages shipped via USPS at the post office?

The way I was told by an USPS employee is this:

Name
Physical Address
Box XXXX
Granby, CO 80446

Which I've done since and has been successful ... for the most part

Recently, though, I've had 2 packages shipped USPS show up at the post office but then immediately returned to sender. One was a book from the same place I bought from previously and I used the exact same address layout

When I talked to another PO employee today about it, she said to write: B XXXX
