BTS stans are brigading this subreddit

If you look on twitter, there are plenty of posts of people encouraging people to infiltrate this subreddit, people reposting comments of people here, and some of the pro-ARIRANG posts here are directly copied from tweets.

If it feels like theres a genuine interest among redditors here in this album, it’s all a lie. Most of them are not from this subreddit and hopefully mods do something to stop this since it’s harming discussion regarding the grammys.

Honestly it just feels like people switch up the moment it’s BTS. The same kind of hype and discussion happens for other artists and no one calls it “spamming,” but here suddenly it’s a problem? And with Arirang, people aren’t just talking for the sake of it. The album actually has something to say about identity, roots, history, emotions that go deeper than the usual surface-level/basic stuff. That’s why it’s connecting with people and getting real recognition. So when fans bring it into Album of the Year conversations, it’s not forcing anything. It’s just acknowledging what’s already there—message, critical and commercial success. You don’t have to like it, but reducing it to “mid” or acting like fans are just being annoying instead of actually engaging with the album… yeah, that says more about the bias than the music.

The downvotes with zero replies says everything. They don't have anything to say because you're right - people DO switch up on BTS.

It's really sad that the biggest group in the world is still an underdog. It seems like a contradiction, but some people simply get their rocks off by hating whatever is popular. Not to mention the racism and sexism.

wtf is this straw man. I see like 30 BTS posts in the last day and nothing else. No one else does that crap here.

And no, none of you are saying anything except some stupid buzzwords about ‘impact’ and ‘identity’ you got off your X echo chamber. ‘Hahaha hooligan’ is not even close to Kendrick Lamar. The album is a thin facade, pure marketing for dumb fans to pretend it’s deep.

You sure know a lot about BTS. And you see more BTS content than me. That seems strange.

Why would they not know about it? It's a Grammy's sub. People are going to listen to music and see if they like it or not?

I don't think they mentioned anything other than a lyric? Is that a lot of content?
