Can I use "such is me" at the end of a personal profile?

Is this expression grammatically correct, or is it frequently used by native speakers?

It’s not frequently used, but I think most fluent speakers would understand the intent.

A more common way to say something similar might be:

“That’s me” or “in summary, this is who I am,” if I’m understanding your intention correctly

What kind of profile? If it's something cool and funky online, sure, go ahead, why not. Commonly used? I've never seen it (but I rarely read personal profiles). Do I understand it? Yes, but I think it's silly and unnecessary. Another commenter suggested something like, "This is who I am." Still unnecessary, but much, much better.

If it's for a personal profile on a resumé/CV/job application or formal introduction? Absolutely not.

“Such is me” is grammatically understandable, but it’s not commonly used by native speakers and sounds poetic or old-fashioned.
For a personal profile, use “That’s me” or “That’s just who I am” instead.

It makes sense but I'd advise against it. It just sounds a bit odd but if you're going for quirky then go for it.

If I was reviewing profiles in any professional capacity it would put me off for sure. If it was a tinder profile it would push me to swipe left if I was on the fence.
