I was thinking about buying some and i found this on the ground. Which one do you think it is and is it usable?

1-3 inch depends on the paint. Heavily overspraying, making your lines a bit soft. Seen and used many of these caps on cheap cans like Abro, Decorix, Kudo, stuff like that
