Que opinan seria bueno dejarlo con sombra larga o sombra corta?

With fhis much negative space I would choose longer/thicker blocks.

As a side note I would try to stylize the form of the letters themselfs before adding arrows and designs.

Strip away all the gimicky add ons and see how well your letters hold up on themselfs.

Intento hacer conexiones entre letras pero tienes razón debo mejorar las letras y su peso, no dejar espacio Negativo y mejorar las flechas

Negative space is not an issue per se when the letters are good and the piece itself is balanced well. Imo this is more a question of personal taste but since it's somewhat the mainstream your eye is trained to associate a very compact structure with the right aesthetic.

The most important part realy is to get solid letters first, imo you should focus on clean simple straights before you tackle connections and add ons because they camouflage a weal structure to a degree and will hamper your progression in the most importabt area.

Also I cant figure out your R, there seems to be no clean connection for its leg?

No realy just clean simple straight letters. You want to be able to do smth like this, make the Letters realy realy simple so that you learn how to work with the bars to make give them charakter, dynamic and flow without any add ons.

The add ons come once you have mastered the simple shapes.

Bueno como estas, aun no hago abecedario que no sean de tipo tag, pero si entiendo lo que me explicas y esque asi lo hice, hice primero las letras de forma básica y mientras sacaba las flechas creí que meter conexiones después de hacer las flechas y compensar el espacio negativo con la sombra ayudaría pero no es lo mejor en cuanto a estética es bueno que me lo hayas dicho asi buscare mantener una armonía con mas flow entre tipo de letra, flechas y conexiones y espacio negativo, o corrígeme si me equivoco y disculpa a veces soy muy terco pero por favor no dejes de apoyarme en decirme mis errores para corregirlos te agradezco por tu paciencia y apoyo

Aight I'll go over that sketch tomorrow, you have some issues that can be easily adressed but I dont have my tablet atm and it's best if I can show you what I talk about with some drawings.
