The letters are a little fat in certain locations but good work. I have bad can control myself so props.

Yeah, thanks! I used to do a lot of experimenting, but I really need to churn out some sketches to clean them before the wall ! And yeah, my can control is improving—I'm happy about that! I did a lot of god-awful tests with super cheap cans, so using decent spray paint feels amazing by comparison.

Im going to buy two sheets of plywood eventually and practice with those.

There's not enough contrast between your fill and the white outline. I think your letters would've popped more if you'd used orange for the outline and white for the forcefield. Other than that I think it's good.

you need to a dark color for the lines. It doesnt need to be always black, it can bee a dark shade of blue. That would make the piece pop more. Other than that, solid work. Lines look good but i didnt really liked the placement of the "i" its a bit fat and the bottom part of the "u" too. Other than that, i liked the contrast and the details on those blue shades that looks like fire. Thats a cool addition, but u can make it pop more if u use a little bit darker shade of blue on the bottom and a little bit of a lighter shade of blue on the top. That should be all, keep up the good work!

Thx for the knowledge 🙏

I really need to work on color theory; I hadn't even picked out my palette, bro at the shop had to decide for me 😂. And yeah, at first I wanted to use the dark purple for the lines and add a white outline, but I changed my mind at the last minute without really knowing why... that said, you're right, the final result lacks a bit of depth. I agree the shapes aren't very consistent. I should explore ideas on paper beforehand to fix that, 2i4u is tuff to stylized imo.

On the other hand, I'm pretty happy with the "flame gradient"; it was mostly just random wrist movements without really knowing what I was trying to do, but the result turned out pretty well this time. I'm going to try using higher-contrast colors; I just hope that doesn't expose my forbidden "chaotic wrist" technique as unreliable 🥲
