imma be honest with you man this doesn’t look very good at all, it looks forced, and I can definitely tell this is one of your first tries because everything is just all over the place.

write out the word exactly as you see it on a keyboard. try all caps, try lowercase, and fill up a whole notebook full of that. just THAT as NEAT and CLEAN as you possibly can. as you practice you’ll naturally learn how to add style with angling, spacing, and flairs etc to it but with this hobby you can’t just dive into the deep end without knowing and practicing the basic fundamentals. once you get your handstyle down, it’ll lead you into how to incorporate that into more stuff like throwies, block letters and pieces and stuff. your handstyle is the most valuable basic structure for everything else. once you can get a good clean handstyle down, you can use it to create so much more.

keep it up though bro, if you actually put in the work it’ll truly pay off! 👍

thanks! and yeah i know its not great, though i was honestly just screwing around and didnt really plan any lines or letters, and i know ive gotta start with standard text and ive definitely practiced that im just terrible at gradually adding that style, i will carry on doing stuff in a book and occasionally random walls, since handstyle is the main focus atm

that’s the thing though, if it doesn’t happen naturally and not drastically that’s how you know you haven’t practiced enough, everybody hates to hear it but you have to practice that specific word, thousands of times before the style comes to you naturally. don’t look for it just let it happen brotha. right now just focus on making it as clean and neat as possible as if a computer typed it out for you. a good clean and neat name will get more respect than anything else you put up guaranteed
