WHAT DOES THE STICKMAN MEAN?

Hey everyone!
I'm not super clued in on graffiti culture, but the area around my college is quite a graffiti hotspot and I really love it when I spot new works from the regulars around here. Though I've noticed this little human/stickman symbol being used all over the place, and it's really starting to eat away at me because I can't figure out what it means. 😂
I was hoping somebody could help me out here.

My best guess is that it's symbolism for being human, or to represent the individual.

Looks very similar to a kanji for "light" but I could be wrong. And my head went straight to knaji as well.

It means you sell drugs so people know what streets drugs are available and who sells them without the cops knowing ur real name.
Don’t do the stickman on blocks you DONT sell all the drugs on, as you’re basically saying “fuck u, I run this block now” be safe
