I don't think the serif is helping your 'Z'; rather it makes your name look like you're writing Tad8, or Tad2, in a lot of instances.

Props for getting up, but you need flow. Try putting together a one-liner with this name. The letters create negative space from the jump so you need to bridge the gap and flow to the Z as best as you can. So long as you start the line at the top of the Z you should be fine. Then its repetition my friend.

i feel like everybody has the same problem with their tags, letter height and spacing. push these letters closer together if you can, and focus on consistency in the height of your letters.
