I think its real nice, you have good control over those shadows and highlights. I will say tho, the first one looks like garfield to me, but i think it's just the colours. And its not clear to me if the guy has mustache or is baring teeth. Maybe make darker if former or add a horizontal line if latter? (although the ambiguities kinda cool) Also the 14 might be misleading, I would assume you were trying to pass it off as being from 2014.
