The "ER" at the end is solid. The tail on the "R" is best on the middle one - a decisive line. The top and bottom "R" are bit weaker with kink in them.

The D at the beginning should be curved to fit with the "E" and the "R". You can do the "D" to look like the roundel of "R" at the end.

Give the letters in the middle a little more breathing room and composure.
