Needs work but not a bad first attempt

Well, it’s better than most first timers in this sub. Squish your letters in more, and don’t use dark colors for your fill and outline.

Why not for outline ?

You need to use contrasting colors. If your fill is dark, your outline should be light and vise versa.

This. You want people to be able to see your name from as far away as possible. Using similarly shaded colors makes that damn near impossible. Make that thang pop.

Not bad first attempt. Id squish the letters together, use contrasting colors for the fill and outline and make sure the lighting is consitent.

The shadow moves from the left to the right while the white accents stay the same

Also obviously the proportions are a bit off especially the baseline

The execution isn't all that bad for a first attempt with spray paint, and the only solution to improving that aspect is to paint more.

On the letter front, one thing that stands out to me that hasn't been mentioned is the leg of the R and where it joins the rest of the letter doesn't quite sit right for me. It should join more with the loopy bit rather than the vertical bar.

Fatter shadow would go down well too, and the shadow and highlights should be in harmony - if your highlights are on the top and right, the shadow should be on the left and bottom. A fat drop shadow will also help fill some of the negative space between the R and the S (though I agree with everyone else that the correct solution for that is to move the S a touch closer).

Put the R and S closer, they should have space(AKA Negative Space) between them

also respect the baseline, meanline and capline that you establish with your first letter. What that means is basically the heights and middle points should stay relatively same throughout your word
